Agencja Celna AMS sp. z o.o. provides customs services to businesses engaged in foreign trade in goods. The agency is managed by Agnieszka Mościńska, a customs agent with more than 25 years of professional experience, who for 22 years was co-owner of a customs agency. Although the agency's name is new to the market, the knowledge and practice on which we base our work have been built up over more than two decades.
We provide our clients with professional and reliable service, based on knowledge of customs law and of the practice of the customs authorities.

About the agency
Agnieszka Mościńska
President of the Management Board of Agencja Celna AMS sp. z o.o., customs agent
Professionally involved in customs for more than 25 years, including 22 years as co-owner of a customs agency. During that time she has handled customs matters for importers and exporters, both small firms and large manufacturing and trading companies, from the Silesian and Opole provinces and from other regions of Poland.
She has thorough knowledge and practical experience of all customs procedures, day-to-day clearances and complex proceedings before the customs authorities lasting many months. The experience gained over years of running her own business enables her to resolve both routine and non-standard customs issues effectively.
At Agencja Celna AMS she personally handles clients' cases and oversees the quality of the services provided, making sure that every client, whatever the scale of their business, receives reliable and professional service.

Our services
Agencja Celna AMS provides comprehensive customs services for foreign trade in goods – from one-off clearances to ongoing support for businesses.
We handle customs declarations for import, export and transit. We also handle special procedures such as customs warehousing, inward and outward processing, temporary admission and end-use. We represent our clients before the customs authorities at every stage of their cases. Every declaration is prepared by an experienced customs agent.

- clearance for release for free circulation with the option of accounting for import VAT in the VAT return (Article 33a of the Polish VAT Act)

- obtaining an apostille for Polish official documents intended for use in states party to the 1961 Hague Convention
